• Multi-level Integration
  At the system level, we will pre-install proprietary hardware and software. Any other hardware or software required is also installed and configured to exact customer specifications including BIOS settings, hard drive partitioning, even desktop icon placement.

Furthermore, SwiftCreek Digital works with the customer to ensure seamless integration with other devices and networks.


• Performance Optimization
  SwiftCreek Digital has years of experience in optimizing operating systems software to maximize system performance. We consult with the customer to decide which OS components and services are (or are not) necessary for the specific application. We know how to configure every aspect of the operating system to maximize performance.


• Security & Reliability
  We can provide a "hardened" operating system including full implementation of the National Security Agency's standards. Every system is complete with user profiles and appropriate permissions and restrictions preset, just the way you want them.

  For critical applications, we offer solutions with both power and data redundancy by incorporating hotswap power supplies and RAID arrays.

  All systems are provided with bootable CDs or bootable DVDs that allow the hard drive to be completely restored within minutes. We create the disk images after all application software has been installed; therefore, the system will restore completely and is immediately ready to resume its function.

• Documentation
  We will create documentation specific to the systems we build for you, from BOMs to operating instructions. We can help you with the documentation you need for compliance and certification needs too!

Manufacturing & Logistics

• Quality
  SwiftCreek Digital only uses quality components from industry leading suppliers. In addition to our rigorous manufacturing standards, all of our finished systems undergo extensive "burn-in" tests. These tests ensure hardware reliability prior to operation in the field.


• Labelling
  We can apply your proprietary product labels during our manufacturing process so your systems arrive with all labels in place. We can do this for less than it costs you to do it yourself. You supply the labels and placement instructions, or we can arrange to have labels made for you.


• Packaging
  All systems can be packaged for safe arrival to your final manufacturing operation, your finished goods warehouse, or directly to your customer. If you wish, SwiftCreek Digital can use packaging materials matching the customer's trade dress.


• Drop Shipments
  We can drop ship product directly to your customers within the USA for coordinated arrival and installation with other equipment from your factory.

Technical Support & Service

• Training
  From documentation to formal classroom training for your employees, we can deliver the training you need to ensure successful implementation of your product.


• Spare Parts
  Because we have field service planning experience, we are skillful in recommending FRUs (Field Replaceable Units) for the products we manufacture. We can provide our customers with pre-packaged, ready-to-ship FRUs sealed with their own company-identified tamper-proof tape, labelled with their part numbers and descriptions. We can even drop-ship spare parts to your customers on an emergency basis!


• Depot Repair Services
  We can provide depot repair services for all systems and subassemblies purchased from us.
